No. This is not a fully automatic espresso machine. It is designed for users who want hands-on control over grinding, tamping, brewing, and milk frothing. It gives you more control over espresso flavor, but it does require a short learning curve. Why is water coming out from the steam wand instead of steam? A small amount of water may come out at the beginning because condensation can remain inside the steam wand. Let the steam run for a few seconds before frothing milk. Once the water is cleared, the steam output becomes more stable. Why does the portafilter area leak during brewing? Leaking may happen if the portafilter is not fully locked, the coffee grounds are too fine, the basket is overfilled, or the rim has loose coffee powder. Make sure the portafilter is locked tightly and wipe the basket edge before brewing. Is this machine easy for beginners to use? Yes, but we recommend reading the quick-start guide before the first use. For best results, start with a medium-fine grind, fill the portafilter evenly, tamp firmly, and run a cleaning cycle before brewing your first espresso. Why is the grinder not dispensing coffee properly? If the grinder does not dispense smoothly, check whether the bean hopper is locked, the beans are dry, and the grind chute is not blocked. Oily beans may cause buildup, so regular cleaning is recommended.
