Description, highlights, and specifications from the retailer feed.

When the whole family is online at once, streaming, gaming, on video calls, and running smart home devices, you need WiFi you can depend on. The NETGEAR Nighthawk BE17000 delivers tri-band WiFi 7 speeds up to 17 Gbps, coverage up to 3,300 sq. ft., and capacity for up to 150 connected devices, built to keep up as your connected home grows. This is a standalone WiFi 7 router. A separate modem or gateway with an RJ45 ethernet port is required for internet service. Compatible with most cable, fiber, DSL, and satellite providers, including premium multi-gig fiber plans up to 10 Gbps. Some gateways and modem router combos may require bridge mode. Powered by a quad-core 2.0 GHz processor with MU-MIMO and OFDMA to help every connected device get its share of the bandwidth without slowing each other down. A USB 3.0 port lets you share files across your home network. Backward compatible with WiFi 6 and earlier devices. Security features, exclusive Advanced Router Protection, and automatic firmware updates protect your home network out of the box. Engineered by NETGEAR, over 30 years of home networking innovation, FCC Certified for the United States.

• FASTER, FARTHER, MORE RELIABLE WIFI: A dedicated tri-band WiFi 7 router with a third high-speed band for demanding devices, built to keep up as your connected home grows with 4K/8K streaming, video calls, gaming, and smart home devices.
• SET UP AND MANAGE YOUR NETWORK WITH THE NIGHTHAWK APP: Download the free Nighthawk app on iOS or Android for guided setup. Manage WiFi, run speed tests, pause devices, and set up guest networks from anywhere. Active internet required.
• COVERAGE IN EVERY ROOM: An 8-antenna array delivers up to 3,300 sq. ft. of coverage for up to 150 devices. Walls, floors, and interference can reduce range. Larger or multi-story homes may benefit from a NETGEAR Orbi mesh WiFi system.
• 10 GIG READY WIRED CONNECTIONS: Plug your modem or gateway into the 10 Gig WAN port to unlock premium fiber plans. A 10 Gig Ethernet LAN port and three 1 Gig Ethernet LAN ports connect gaming rigs, NAS drives, and smart TVs.
