Why doesn't this model of Penstar digital notebook support finger touch? For purely reading and writing experience, we've minimized the haze and refraction that typically dull e-ink displays by removing the capacitive touch layer, which make it reads like a finely printed book page, not a glowing screen. Why does the screen feel slower than a tablet? E-ink physically moves pigment partides inside microcapsules to for text, whereas tablets just switch light or voltage electroricaly easly. This gives e-readers superior readability, but makes them unusable for fast scrolling or video. This digital notebook can display books and book notes in split screens. Will other apps also support this feature? This function is curenty only avalable for spltting screens for books and notes. We wil have more upgraded products and functions launched in the future. Penstar eNote 2 supports over 35 file formats, including common docs like PDF, EPUB, MOBI, AZW, AZW3, TXT, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, HTXT, HTM, HTML; images like JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, PIC, JPEG, ZIP Comics; and audio files like AMR and MP3.
