The aluminum and copper heatsink supports CPU TDPs from 105W to 280W within a 125x135x154mm footprint at 0.9kg. Fans operate at 1500 RPM with 66.17 CFM airflow at 25.6 dB. Compatible with Intel LGA1700/1150/1151/1155/1156/1200 and AMD AM4/AM5 sockets.
